Welcome to Appleton Car Wash. By accessing or using our services, website (AppletonCarWash.com), or any related offerings, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Appleton Car Wash offers professional car wash and detailing services. All services are provided as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update services without prior notice.

2. Payments and Refund Policy

• All Sales Are Final. Once a service has been completed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No Refunds. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed services. 48 hour notice is required to not forfeit $50 booking deposit.

• Accepted Payments. We accept various forms of payment, including cash and major credit cards. All payments must be made in full before or at the time of service.

• Rescheduling. If you need to reschedule, please notify us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate, but rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must remove all personal belongings from their vehicle before service. Appleton Car Wash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in vehicles.

• Customers acknowledge that some stains, odors, or damages may not be fully removed and that results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle.

• Appleton Car Wash is not responsible for any damage unless it is proven to be caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

• Limited Liability. Appleton Car Wash is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Assumption of Risk. Customers agree that professional cleaning and detailing involve certain risks, including but not limited to water damage to electronics, upholstery discoloration, and minor scratches.

• Service Refusal. Right to Refuse Service. Appleton Car Wash reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason, including but not limited to missed appointments, policy violations, or inappropriate behavior. Example: Threats, Retaliation, and robbing are not tolerated at all and is unhealthy and not part of vehicle maintenance and detailing.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect customer information.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Use at Your Own Risk. Basic common since, Appleton Car Wash provides services on an as-is basis, with no guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or unrealistic expectations. Customers agree that all services are performed at their own risk and accept that results may vary. Any disputes based on false claims, bad-faith complaints, or attempts to obtain free services will be considered fraudulent.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
